The hotel was convenient but had some noise issues being right across from the elevator. The rooms were clean but had some maintenance problems like torn carpet and a faulty heater. The service was excellent overall, though there was one rude encounter at the front desk. The location was close to attractions but noisy. The dining experience was somewhat lacking, with a skimpy selection. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
